Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Quality operations of Ergomed Group.

• Oversee Quality Cost Grids and information pertaining to Quality as a Service.

• Assist with Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to global GxP regulations and standards.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality.

• Provide quality insights for client proposals and presentations.

• Engage in the Business Development process as a subject matter expert.

• Create commercial materials that support Quality as a Service activities.

• Supervise the preparation and analysis of metrics related to Commercial Quality.

• Lead, mentor, and educate employees within the quality group.

• May oversee project quality and compliance activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management positions.

• Ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in creating presentations, capability decks, and materials for client interactions.

• Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge.

• Experience in preparing and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

• Familiarity with project management, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Experience in supporting quality management activities, including deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvement efforts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
