This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Responsible for leading and managing the Quality operations across the Ergomed Group.
• Oversee the maintenance and delivery of Quality Cost Grids, Quality as a Service information, and assist with Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Client Quality Management to ensure alignment with established frameworks, standards, and expectations.
• Direct and guide Commercial Quality initiatives throughout the Ergomed group, ensuring adherence to global GxP regulations and standards.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in GxP Commercial Quality, contributing to Ergomed procedures, policies, and training as necessary.
• Facilitate quality input into client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defence activities across the Ergomed group.
• Supervise the preparation and analysis of metrics related to Commercial Quality, delivering periodic reports to management.
• Offer coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance staff capabilities and support succession planning.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles, with the capacity to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in preparing presentations, capability decks, and client-facing materials.
• Ability to showcase a solid understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge to competently perform related duties.
• Experience in preparing and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with project management, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Background in supporting quality management activities, including deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a global or matrix environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
