Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Quality operations throughout the Ergomed Group.

• Lead and direct Commercial Quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to global GxP regulations and standards.

• Drive quality contributions in client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defense efforts.

• Collaborate with Business Development to uncover new business opportunities and formulate budgets and proposals.

• Create commercial materials to support Quality as a Service initiatives.

• Supervise the preparation and analysis of metrics related to Commercial Quality.

• Lead, educate, mentor, and develop employees within the quality group.

• May oversee project quality and compliance tasks, which include handling deviations and coordinating training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management positions.

• Proficient in preparing presentations, capability decks, and materials intended for clients.

• Show a solid understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge.

• Experience in preparing and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses specifically within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

• Background in supporting quality management tasks, including handling deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvement projects.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a global or matrix environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
