This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist with Revenue Commercial Activation projects for newly established and transitioning hotels.
• Develop and set up hotels within the Hyatt technology ecosystem to guarantee operational preparedness for launch and transition activities.
• Generate and oversee room type configurations, inventory frameworks, and rate plans across Hyatt's revenue and distribution platforms.
• Complete and manage Global Pricing Workbooks, ensuring all pricing and revenue information is precise, aligned, and thoroughly documented.
• Aid in system setup and activation for revenue-related platforms, distribution channels, and commercial applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial O&C, Commercial Strategy, Global Hotel Opening, Distribution, and the Bridge Revenue Team, to facilitate activation timelines and commercial readiness.
• Confirm that hotels are accurately represented within Hyatt systems and distribution channels prior to their launch.
• Execute audits and quality checks to verify that revenue systems, room configurations, and pricing setups are operating correctly.
• Leverage internal dashboards, reporting tools, and revenue systems to monitor activation status and pinpoint issues that need resolution.
• Contribute to process enhancements related to revenue activation workflows, system setup standards, and operational efficiency.
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, ideally in a centralized or multi-property setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing pre-opening and transition strategies for hotels, with measurable effects on ramp-up performance.
• Experience supporting full-service and/or select-service hotels across diverse markets and demand conditions.
• Proficient in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Property Management Systems (PMS); familiarity with Hyatt systems (e.g., Pro, Reserve, SynXis, Opera) is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel pricing strategies, inventory management, and market segmentation.
• Ability to analyze complex data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, particularly under tight deadlines during openings and transitions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
