Manager, Closing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guides and oversees the operations of the mortgage loan closing teams.

• Ensures the accuracy and completion of processes and documents, as well as proper disbursement of funds.

• Develops and organizes a closing schedule.

• Supervises the preparation of loan documents and the distribution of funds.

• Establishes and upholds departmental policies and operational procedures.

• Manages staff to achieve results through recruitment, training, development, and recognition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in mortgage closing is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage closing, funding, or lending is necessary.

• Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VHA, VA, and USDA Rural Housing Service agency guidelines is required.

• Familiarity with TILA-RESPA Information Disclosure (TRID) is essential.

• Understanding of management principles and techniques, along with business and leadership skills.

• Experience in developing and implementing staff training programs is required.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is necessary.

• Experience with ReverseVision is preferred.
