This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee daily supply chain and procurement operations, guiding your team to achieve excellent results.
• Manage the contracting process, ensuring efficient sourcing of goods and services while upholding high quality and compliance standards.
• Accountable for producing departmental metrics and aiding in the testing of new Company systems.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates and communications regarding contract status.
• A minimum of 5 years of contract experience, with a preference for clinical research background.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Proficient in drafting and executing all types of contract requests.
• Skilled in negotiating legal language in proposed contracts with third-party vendors, utilizing guidance from the Legal team.
• Ensure that contract terms and budgets align with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures, departmental processes, and financial/legal requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Accountable for producing departmental metrics and assisting in the testing of new Company systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exhibit leadership capabilities.
• Effective time management skills are necessary.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates and communications regarding contract status.
• Maintain the Department Tracker with current contract status and metrics data.
• Contribute to the enhancement of departmental processes and templates.
• Capable of independently drafting and executing complex agreements.
• Review incoming requests from the Company’s internal process systems or Outlook mailbox and distribute them to team members accordingly.
• Handle inquiries directed to the Department Outlook mailbox.
• Train new or existing Contract Analysts on Company systems and various contract types.
• Lead and/or participate in special projects.
