This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Establish, develop, and nurture robust referral connections with therapists, psychiatrists, schools, health systems, managed care organizations, and various community partners.
• Recognize and foster new referral opportunities in key markets while enhancing relationships with current partners.
• Act as a reliable resource for mental health treatment alternatives, specializing in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
• Represent Guidelight within the community through networking events, educational initiatives, conferences, and provider gatherings.
• Serve as a consultative ally to providers, patients, and families navigating mental health treatment pathways and levels of care.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions and Operations teams to provide a smooth referral and intake process.
• Assist in identifying and overcoming treatment barriers while ensuring timely access to Guidelight's programs.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Guidelight's offerings, outcomes, and clinical services to effectively assist referral partners and potential patients.
• Create and implement outreach strategies that enhance Guidelight's visibility, fortify referral networks, and promote census growth.
• Lead weekly market growth meetings to evaluate referral patterns, partnership prospects, and growth strategies.
• Collect and analyze market insights from referral partners, patients, and community stakeholders to guide program and market strategy.
• Maintain precise and current records of referral partners, outreach efforts, and pipeline data within the CRM.
• Utilize CRM insights and performance metrics to prioritize outreach initiatives, pinpoint growth opportunities, and assess impact.
• Comply with established data hygiene standards to guarantee accurate reporting, forecasting, and visibility into market performance.
• Monitor referral patterns and partnership activities to support strategic decision-making and market planning.
• Must reside in the Greater Boston area with approximately 75% travel across the market to engage with referral partners and community organizations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in provider outreach or business development AND/OR 3 years of direct clinical care experience (individual and/or group settings) in outpatient, community, hospital, or inpatient environments, along with program management experience.
• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with clinicians, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in educating and influencing clinical audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and manage a territory, prioritize outreach efforts, and cultivate a pipeline of referral relationships.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot or a similar CRM to track activities, manage relationships, and maintain accurate data.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail and a commitment to data integrity and CRM hygiene.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environment.
