Manager, Client Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in the proposal development process or respond to briefs at Collectively.

• Manage projects cross-functionally from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with the account leader to brainstorm RFP responses, including briefing and guiding creative concepts.

• Create and articulate strategies for influencer campaigns and creators based on RFP/Brief objectives.

• Curate a variety of influencer campaigns or services offered by Collectively.

• Present approaches for agency partnerships and account management.

• Conduct and synthesize relevant research and insights to inform strategic recommendations.

• Ensure that historical account or agency performance data, along with current trends and best practices, are integrated into the strategy.

• Assist in supporting the strategic vision and objectives of accounts alongside the Director or Senior Director by offering guidance, contributions, and feedback on essential deliverables.

• Aid the Revenue Delivery team in adapting to program and strategy changes.

• Identify opportunities to enhance, upsell, or pivot strategies based on performance, trends, or client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in influencer marketing within an agency setting.

• A balanced thinker able to engage both analytical and creative aspects.

• An independent, critical thinker who is comfortable presenting ideas supported by rationale and initial concepts, and is open to feedback from colleagues and clients for refinement.

• Excellent client servicing skills and instincts; enjoys building strong relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.

• Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.

• Ability to manage time effectively across a diverse range of tasks and projects.

• Thrives in ambiguous situations and enjoys fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
