This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the accounts of various client service programs or a single extensive national program.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients, client brokers, and key vendors.
• Manage program procedures and processes that affect customer satisfaction, ensuring consistency within the account and promoting client retention.
• Execute client renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions for designated clients.
• Coordinate pricing and finalize location coding parameters; prepare and disseminate stewardship and other relevant reports.
• Manage client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up for assigned clients.
• Educate clients on loss data and the cost drivers affecting assigned programs.
• Coordinate project activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, focusing on enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify issues that influence customer satisfaction.
• Recognize and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee client contracts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Support the organization’s quality program(s).
• Travel as needed.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required, including three (3) years as an Account Representative OR five (5) years of adjuster experience with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in one of the following areas: workers' compensation, liability, and disability claims management.
• In-depth understanding of client location coding parameters, banking methodologies, and claims operating systems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in PC usage, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
