This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Client Services Associate team and manage daily Client Support operations.
• Supervise operational functions that facilitate client service delivery, compliance management, candidate submissions, and workforce onboarding.
• Strategically collaborate with Client Services Managers, Recruiting, Credentialing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Enhance operational efficiency, boost team performance, establish best practices, and uphold service standards.
• Create and sustain scalable processes to support growth, enhance fill rates, expedite assignment starts, ensure compliance, and improve client experience.
• Review processes with the Vice President of Client & Contract Operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor submissions, offers, placements, pending starts, expiring compliance, and other metrics through TRM reports and dashboards.
• Train new members of the Client Support team and provide continuous training, support, and resources to staff.
• Input field talent, client submissions, and compliance documents into Vendor Management Systems.
• Update client information in Total Relationship Management (TRM) system.
• Assist Client Owners with compliance requirement evaluations and TRM updates.
• Provide administrative assistance to Buffalo office staff as needed and support Account Managers as required.
• Delegate tasks to team members effectively.
• Contribute to increases in SHC revenue and Full-Time Employment (FTE) opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with interdepartmental managers to support Client Owners and Management Teams.
• Address emerging compliance challenges and formulate resolution plans.
• Offer solutions for facilities with high demand.
• Cultivate a positive atmosphere, fostering morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Associate's Degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Understanding of grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Proficient in using computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office products and the Internet.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to efficiently organize and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to sit, type, and use the phone and computer for extended periods.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required.
