This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support endorsement workflows, which include submissions to carriers, follow-up actions, invoicing, and client delivery.
• Aid in policy assessments to ensure coverage precision and timely distribution.
• Keep precise client records within agency management systems.
• Conduct policy audits and collaborate with Account Managers to address discrepancies.
• Generate and monitor Certificates of Insurance while maintaining logs for certificate-holders and expiration dates.
• Extract and evaluate loss runs to assist with claim reporting and follow-ups.
• Oversee open subjectivities and inspection workflows, including the procurement of LPRs, BORs, and applications through DocuSign.
• Support accounts receivable tracking, premium finance agreements, payment plans, cancellations, and reinstatement processes.
• Address daily client inquiries and help foster positive client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Producers to enhance service delivery and uphold service timelines.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial lines or property and casualty servicing is preferred.
• An active Property and Casualty license is preferred.
• The company will assist the selected candidate in obtaining a P&C license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred; familiarity with a comparable Account Management System is acceptable.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent visual engagement to read documents and computer displays.
• Regular use of hearing and speech for communication via telephone and in-person interactions.
• Repetitive hand movements, including keyboarding, writing, and using a 10-key pad.
• Ability to walk, bend, sit, reach, and stretch in all directions.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
