Client Services Specialist – Dispositions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients by comprehending their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for properties and new clients.

• Deliver training to clients on the platform, its features, and recommended practices.

• Investigate and address client issues effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, communicating their features and advantages.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.

• Collect client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.

• Relay feedback to internal teams for the enhancement of products and services.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and documentation.

• Produce and analyze KPI reports to provide valuable insights to management.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-facing role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
