Manager, Client Privileged Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete credentialing process for clinicians/providers across various states and payers (as relevant), encompassing initial credentialing, recredentialing, and ongoing maintenance.

• Oversee and mentor credentialing personnel to uphold high performance standards and guarantee timely onboarding of providers.

• Work in conjunction with the client success team and directly with clients to enhance credentialing and onboarding workflows, fostering and maintaining client relationships.

• Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for audits.

• Collaborate with HR and Recruiting teams to synchronize hiring schedules with credentialing processes.

• Create and sustain tracking reports, performance metrics, and evaluate outcomes in partnership with the Credentialing and service lines.

• Work closely with Compliance/Legal to ensure compliance with external regulations where necessary and adherence to internal policies.

• Advocate for ongoing process enhancements and excellence in customer service.

• Guarantee compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and affirmative action obligations.

• Develop, execute, and manage credentialing documentation, identify issues, and follow up for resolution in line with departmental policies and procedures.

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of credentialing databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Access.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development.

• Experience in establishing a Client Access function or significantly enhancing an existing program.

• Background in mergers and acquisitions and supporting a diverse workforce is essential; experience in healthcare/medical billing is preferred.
