This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, guide, and expand a remote team of Certification Specialists, overseeing daily shift schedules, proctoring assignments, and audit grading.
• Develop and continually refine scalable systems, workflows, and quality controls to ensure the certification program functions as a high-impact business operation.
• Discover opportunities to enhance certification adoption, candidate success, operational scalability, and community involvement within the wider HighLevel ecosystem.
• Supervise the entire certification pipeline, guaranteeing optimal exam slot availability and prompt processing of exam results.
• Implement and consistently review testing security protocols to uphold the integrity of both automated and live proctored certification exams.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Academy teams to frequently update curriculum, test questions, and scenarios to align with new platform enhancements.
• Address candidate concerns, appeal requests, and technical issues that arise during the proctoring process with consistency and fairness.
• Take ownership of the operational success and long-term scalability of the certification program by formulating strategic plans, processes, and capacity models to facilitate future growth.
• Oversee the integration of newly certified professionals into the HighLevel Certified Directory and Certified Communities.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks on live proctored sessions to ensure Certification Specialists uphold professional, supportive, and unbiased grading standards.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Education, Operations, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
• A total of 8 years of experience is necessary.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in customer training, customer success, or managing certification operations for technical products.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing and mentoring a remote team.
• Over 1 year of hands-on experience with HighLevel; achieving HighLevel Certified Admin status is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with online learning management systems (LMS) and proctoring/scheduling software suites.
