Manager, CDM Programming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the team and resources involved in clinical data management programming.

• Monitor project schedules and financial plans.

• Offer technical guidance and engage with clients.

• Participate in the development of tools and enhancements to processes.

• Support business development efforts and bidding activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

• More than 7 years of experience in a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS).

• Proficient in SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and JReview.

• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
