This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior management, project managers, and various stakeholders to guarantee alignment and effective communication across all projects.
• Serve as a primary contact for inquiries related to governance.
• Create, implement, and maintain the governance framework for project delivery and operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee a knowledge base library for the business unit.
• Lead and manage a team of highly trained process and knowledge experts dedicated to establishing best practice methods that support both project delivery and platform operations teams.
• Manage personnel to assist business, project delivery, and operational units in defining project planning requirements, developing project plans, and creating knowledge articles to facilitate implementation on supported processing systems and subsystems.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to generate project templates and supporting knowledge articles to aid in the implementation of new products and services.
• Concentrate on improvements to identify, address, and rectify any operational areas needing regulatory and/or compliance attention.
• Partner with the Quality team to evaluate project review and testing metrics, developing best practice project templates and knowledge articles that address related risks and issues.
• Monitor performance by collecting relevant data and generating statistical reports.
• Support the execution of comprehensive internal and external audits for the business unit, identifying any discrepancies, inefficiencies, or non-compliance issues.
• Ensure that audit recommendations are effectively implemented in a timely manner.
• Track progress and report on the status of corrective actions.
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with project delivery and operations, developing strategies to mitigate these risks through strong governance and audit practices.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems or Business Management preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience is required.
• At least five (5) years of client project management experience is required.
• Five (5) years of management experience is preferred.
