Manager, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engaging with clients through phone and various communication channels to enroll them in a trial lesson.

• Offering detailed information about our products and services, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues effectively.

• Ensuring clients are successfully enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for their trial lessons.

• Assisting clients throughout the entire enrollment process in our school.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to work full-time (hours are flexible, but availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required);

• Access to a Windows or Mac computer/laptop along with a reliable internet connection;

• Proficiency in Polish or professional-level communication skills with clients;

• Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
