Manager, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Engaging with clients through phone and various communication channels to enroll them in a trial lesson.

• Offering detailed information regarding products and services, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and effectively resolving them.

• Confirming that clients are successfully enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.

• Assisting clients throughout the enrollment process at our institution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for full-time work (hours are flexible, but commitment to work on Saturdays and Sundays is required);

• Possession of a Windows or Mac computer/laptop along with a reliable internet connection;

• Proficiency in Polish or a professional level of communication with clients;

• Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an additional asset.
