This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up tools, model data, navigate business software efficiently, and directly contribute to the delivery of ERP reporting and analytics.
• Manage, configure, and enhance our BI and reporting platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, Loveable, Claude Design, or similar). Create and maintain data models, semantic layers, DAX/SQL, dataflows, and dashboards.
• Take ownership of reporting related to our ERP, accounting, and supply chain systems. Set up integrations, design the data model, build reconciliations, and generate the financial, project, and supply chain reports that drive the business.
• Engage actively in the configuration aspect during ongoing multi-system implementations. Collaborate with business architecture, IT, and functional leaders to roll out ERP and related software that support product development and sales.
• Contribute to business architecture efforts by mapping processes, data flows, and system boundaries across Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, Product Development, and Sales.
• Define data flow, assess platforms, and establish scalable standards, bringing an informed perspective to design and tooling decisions throughout the program.
• Standardize reporting across different entities; implement automated data checks, controls, validation, and reconciliation across systems; establish and track KPIs. Identify and resolve data issues while maintaining a high standard for accuracy.
• Acquire a solid operational understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, project accounting, inventory, product development, and construction cost flows, ensuring that reporting and system design accurately reflect business operations.
• Define and implement AI-enabled analytics, automate recurring reports, and create intelligent data pipelines. Leverage AI/ML for forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Collaborate directly with Finance to ensure accurate, auditable reporting; coordinate with IT on architecture, access, and security; and translate analytics into clear decisions for operators across the portfolio and the implementation program.
• Promote the adoption of analytics standards and data governance. Develop user guides, SOPs, data dictionaries, and training materials.
• Stay updated on developments in analytics, ERP, and AI. Maintain informed opinions on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability, and defend these views with specific experiences.
• Establish analytics standards and contribute to the roadmap, including AI integration. Progress from an individual contributor to a player-coach and people manager as the function expands, while remaining hands-on.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting, with a proven record of hands-on work.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in at least one major ERP system (NetSuite strongly preferred; Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Workday considered), including configuration, reporting, and an articulated viewpoint on capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability relative to alternatives.
• More than 3 years of experience administering and building in modern BI tools, including data modeling, semantic layer design, and performance tuning.
• Proven track record in designing, standardizing, and implementing reporting and data governance processes from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of business software used to operate companies (ERP, BI, CRM, supply chain, PLM, CMMS), including configuration, administration, and leveraging these platforms to their full potential. Advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial modeling.
• Practical experience deploying AI-assisted analytics or automation in a production environment (not just pilots or proofs of concept).
• Preferred experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, data centers, or other production-related sectors.
• Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or start-up settings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering working solutions rather than merely producing strategic documents.
• A builder/operator mentality, comfortable with tools and configuration, rather than just coordinating the work of others.
• Operational depth with fluency in end-to-end business processes and their representation in systems and data.
• Implementation instincts — comfortable navigating requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live in collaboration with business and IT partners.
• Familiarity with concepts of business architecture and process-to-system mapping is a plus.
• A concrete communicator who explains work through specific examples, decisions, and measurable outcomes rather than abstract frameworks.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and maintaining high standards for numerical integrity.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments without needing it to be predefined.
• A dynamic, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.
• A flexible and autonomous work environment.
• A culture that values respect, learning, and excellence.
• Collaboration with experienced and highly talented professionals as team members.
• Opportunities for growth and travel.
• A team of change-makers making a significant impact on individuals and the planet.
