This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the analytics lead supporting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and other organizational functions.
β’ Serve as a strategic partner to operational and commercial leadership, focusing on analytical investments, establishing success metrics, and evaluating business outcomes.
β’ Collaborate across departments to align analytical solutions with strategic goals and quantifiable business value.
β’ Design, develop, and sustain scalable analytical solutions utilizing SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and contemporary cloud-based data platforms.
β’ Conduct statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis.
β’ Work alongside Data Engineering, IT, and Master Data Management teams to specify data requirements, enhance data quality, optimize data pipelines, and improve enterprise data architecture.
β’ Create and maintain semantic data models, reusable datasets, KPI frameworks, and standardized metrics.
β’ Promote enterprise data governance by verifying source system integrity, documenting metric definitions, monitoring data quality, and ensuring reporting consistency.
β’ Utilize AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, automate decision-making support, and reveal business insights.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
β’ 6-8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science, revenue analytics, or a comparable technical analytical position.
β’ Proficient in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, common table expressions (CTEs), query optimization, and dimensional data modeling.
β’ Strong programming experience in Python, particularly with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, StatsModels, Scikit-Learn, and data visualization tools.
β’ In-depth understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and data quality management.
β’ Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or similar technologies.
β’ Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or related business intelligence platforms, including dashboard creation and performance enhancement.
β’ Capability to analyze large, complex datasets and articulate findings through narratives, insights, and recommendations.
β’ Ability to independently tackle ambiguous challenges and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
