This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Develop and implement decision support tools and insights by creating and maintaining analytics and reporting assets.
• Utilize business intelligence resources to support Retail Health leadership in contracting, financial, and operational strategic decision-making.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret contracting, utilization, financial, and clinical/quality data from multiple sources.
• Assist with nationwide payer contract negotiations, market penetration, conversion, and expansion strategies.
• Support value-based care initiatives along with other quantitative analysis and reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement relevant solutions to meet business needs while acting as a gatekeeper within cross-functional workflows with key internal stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, strategy, analytics, economics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including both volume-based (fee-for-service) and value-based (quality performance incentives) arrangements.
• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques, tools, and modeling.
• Advanced skills in using business intelligence resources such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS/SQL, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain complex financial models to support contracting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quantitative needs, mitigate risks, and maintain workflow synergy and alignment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders and a demonstrated history of establishing and maintaining collaborative workstreams.
• Must be a self-starter with high agility and the capability to adjust work priorities in a dynamic environment.
