This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and oversee client relationships centered on brand and talent marketing strategies.
• Facilitate direct hiring efforts and improve the quality of hires.
• Boost talent performance while enhancing the value of the employer brand.
• Manage revenue and expenses to achieve budgetary goals.
• Provide Brand and Digital solutions that meet exceptional quality standards.
• Oversee the execution of Brand and Digital projects by assigning tasks and coordinating teams.
• Take responsibility for delivering high-quality project outcomes, including budget adherence and client satisfaction.
• Craft strategic creative briefs and enhance personal brand reputation.
• Collect market and talent insights to guide talent marketing initiatives.
• Assess and optimize ROI for all projects.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred in a relevant field.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Significant experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency) is essential.
• Capability to generate and analyze data, identify opportunities, and leverage data for decision-making.
• Established ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders while quickly building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing complex scenarios conceptually and providing practical solutions to various stakeholders.
