Manager, BizOps and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Be part of the central BizOps & Analytics team while being integrated into a key business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish

• Identify the business questions and decisions that analyses should focus on

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, and design experiments

• Extract data insights that enhance critical team metrics

• Provide recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations

• Clarify what is occurring, why it is occurring, and the suitable next steps

• Propel initiatives and execution towards measurable business results

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company

• Excellent analytical capabilities

• Competence in extracting, structuring, and interpreting data independently

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results

• Effective and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level

• First-principles problem-solving abilities and hypothesis formulation

• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python

• Capability to convey complex insights and achieve stakeholder agreement

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
