Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Integrate within a primary business sector: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic alliances.

• Manage the analytical operations for the business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the business queries and decisions that analyses should address.

• Establish metrics and develop reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Extract data insights that influence key metrics.

• Present recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.

• Clarify what is occurring, why it is happening, and the suitable next steps.

• Propel initiatives and decisions through to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to sway decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficient with Excel, SQL, or Python.

• First-principles approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with Jerry.ai’s tools: SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, JupyterHub, and GitHub.

• Must presently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
