Manager, Automation & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop a strategy and roadmap for the delivery of AI & Automation and implement designated use cases.

• Take ownership of hands-on requirements gathering, building/configuring, testing, and deployment processes.

• Configure and implement AI or automation features within current platforms.

• Assist in process redesign initiatives to integrate AI and automation into HR workflows.

• Carry out established change and adoption plans for AI implementations.

• Monitor delivery milestones, adoption metrics, and the operational performance of AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in any discipline.

• 5 to 7 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically in AI.

• Familiarity with tools such as Copilot & Joule Studio, Claude, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, ServiceNow, and other HCM, AI & Automation technologies.
