Manager, Audit & Certification (BIO-CH)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish, enhance, and oversee the operational functions of the BIO-CH department.

• Perform audits and ensure adherence to applicable organic standards.

• Create processes and workflows for certification.

• Acquire new clients while nurturing relationships with current clients.

• Collaborate closely with both internal and external experts in the field.

• A university degree or a minimum of three years of professional experience in the agricultural, food, or organic industries.

• A keen interest in assuming managerial roles.

• Capability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-focused manner.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
