This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily execution of consulting projects across various client engagements

• Organizing project plans, schedules, resources, and deliverables

• Assisting client stakeholders through consistent communication, reporting, and resolution of issues

• Managing specific workstreams focused on operational enhancements, risk management, or transformation efforts

• Facilitating workshops, interviews, site visits, and assessments as needed

• Aiding in the creation of presentations, reports, and implementation strategies

• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and alignment of deliverables with dss+ methodologies

• Contributing to the professional growth of junior consultants through mentorship and guidance

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in consulting, project management, operations, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in supporting or leading project delivery and specific workstreams

• Familiarity with transformation, operational improvement, or change management initiatives is preferred

• Strong skills in project coordination and organization

• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Clear and confident communication with team members and client stakeholders

• Practical, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is advantageous

• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
