Manager, Application Management, FCCS Technology & Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of the FCCS application

• Spearhead data governance across the enterprise

• Conduct regular integrity checks on system data

• Update tools in response to changing systems

• Manage data conversion processes and annual restatement cycles

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in data

• Drive the development and enhancement of systems

• Sustain the reporting pipeline for development

• Offer strategic insights on system architecture

• Assist in internal and external audit processes

• Provide on-demand data analysis for senior management

• Create and manage SmartView/Ad Hoc reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience

• At least 1 year of management experience

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly FCCS

• Proven capability in managing data flows and troubleshooting errors

• Strong comprehension of financial close procedures

• Expertise in reconciling complex accounting scenarios

• Ability to interpret and convey business requirements

• Established experience in leading the Business Requirements Document (BRD) process

• Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in MS Excel and VB scripting for financial modeling
