Manager, AP/AR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes, and reports on accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Processes vendor invoices and efficiently receives and posts customer payments.

• Maintains and reconciles ledger accounts for accounts payable and receivable, as well as financial statements and reports.

• Conducts analyses and reconciliations of billing runs to identify potential fraud.

• Ensures adherence to transaction entry verification procedures.

• May prepare and issue customer billing for low volumes and address any related inquiries.

• Oversees the daily operations of support staff or production team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

• Essential professional technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
