This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain client-oriented performance reporting: ensuring it is clean, precise, and timely.
• Integrate and verify data sources across paid, organic, earned, and CRM channels.
• Oversee reporting continuity as the data infrastructure evolves.
• Conduct quality assurance on your work; you will not deliver until you have confirmed the accuracy of the numbers.
• Detect and address reporting deficiencies and technical debt within your accounts, such as tracking problems, connection failures, incomplete data, and attribution mismatches.
• Progress from merely delivering reports to performing actual analyses: identifying what works, what doesn't, and what adjustments should be made.
• Offer synthesized, actionable insights to account teams and, in some cases, directly to clients.
• Assist in measurement planning and KPI frameworks as discussions develop around your accounts.
• Help refine and redevelop proprietary measurement frameworks, such as Walker Sands’ Outcome-Based Marketing (OBM) model.
• Collaborate closely with teams to grasp client contexts and priorities.
• Work alongside teams to convert data and insights into practical recommendations for clients.
• Engage in client discussions as required (varies by account).
• Contribute to the evolving standards of the DATA practice concerning reporting, measurement, and analytics delivery.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or performance measurement — B2B experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in an agency environment — you understand the client service context and the implications of managing accounts.
• Strong expertise in dashboard and reporting tools: Looker Studio and/or Tableau.
• Proficient in connecting and troubleshooting data sources: GA4, GSC, paid media platforms, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of SQL — sufficient to retrieve data, investigate discrepancies, and overcome query obstacles.
• Proven ability to work independently on a defined workload — you manage your own task list.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can articulate a data issue to someone not deeply involved.
