Manager, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the Business Intelligence (BI) team.

• Collaborating with data management and analytics teams.

• Establishing standards, policies, and best practices for documentation.

• Encouraging user education, training, and governance of data.

• Leading the development of data visualizations and insights.

• Managing the processes of data collection and analysis.

• Delivering performance reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field - Required.

• A Master's Degree in the same areas - Preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a data, decision support, or analytics leader - Required.

• At least 7 years of experience with Analytics/Reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, and SAP BusinessObjects - Required.

• 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and the design, development, and maintenance of analytics products - Required.

• 5 years of experience with EPIC data models including Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito - Preferred.

• 3 years of knowledge regarding healthcare data and the healthcare industry - Preferred.
