Manager, AI Platform Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and continuous enhancement of our enterprise Generative AI platform.

• Manage a team of engineers responsible for building and operating GenAI platform services, agentic workflows, and multi-model orchestration.

• Collaborate with product, data, legal, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to convert AI use case requirements into scalable, reusable platform capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards while facilitating successful delivery and large-scale commercialization.

• Work alongside strategic vendors and internal platform teams to drive innovation and support a growing suite of AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years dedicated to AI/GenAI projects for large enterprises.

• Proficient in modern software delivery practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong grasp of AI, machine learning, and software engineering principles, evidenced by recent certifications or relevant project experience.

• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and mentor junior engineering teams.

• Extensive experience in ad tech, streaming media platforms, and digital content delivery.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday).

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) for scalable deployment of AI systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
