Manager, Affiliate – Channel Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the weekly performance narrative by highlighting trends, gaps, achievements, risks, and outlining clear next steps.

• Evaluate affiliate performance metrics including revenue, margin, EPC, AOV, conversion rates, funnel efficiency, traffic quality, and partner productivity.

• Discover performance enhancement opportunities, boost partner productivity, and assist in affiliate recruitment and activation efforts.

• Ensure consistent and structured follow-up with potential and newly onboarded partners.

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of affiliate partners.

• Foster strong working relationships through timely and effective communication.

• Coordinate with internal teams on launches, bonuses, contests, seasonal promotions, and partner-specific offers.

• Relay market insights, competitor analysis, and partner feedback to internal teams to refine offers and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, affiliate marketing, channel sales, partnerships, digital marketing, or eCommerce growth.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in managing affiliate, channel partner, partnership, or performance-based sales programs.

• Strong analytical abilities and business insight.

• Thorough understanding of revenue, margin, conversion rates, AOV, EPC, ROI, and commercial trade-offs.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through affiliates, partners, online sales channels, or performance marketing initiatives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of online sales, digital marketing funnels, affiliate networks, partner marketing, or performance-based acquisition.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
