Manager, Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of Advisory consultants to enhance performance within healthcare systems.

• Engage in billable client assignments.

• Lead and oversee major workstreams or projects.

• Assess client requirements based on engagement statements of work.

• Lead, supervise, finalize, and ensure quality assurance for data analyses.

• Analyze data findings and formulate initial recommendations.

• Create comprehensive recommendations and solutions for client review.

• Produce deliverables and presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.

• Aid in the implementation of suggested improvements.

• Manage project risks, issues, financials, budgets, expenses, profitability, administrative tasks, and logistics.

• Oversee daily operations and staff assigned to workstreams or projects.

• Provide insights, guidance, quality assurance, mentorship, and training to project personnel.

• Cultivate strong, referenceable client relationships.

• Engage in practice development and sanctioned educational initiatives.

• Acquire knowledge of Premier-based technologies and services.

• Spot market opportunities and relay potential leads.

• Contribute to sales presentation materials.

• Identify areas for enhancing profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Background in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operational), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in coordinating and delivering impactful verbal and written presentations for client audiences.

• Capable of conducting analyses, supervising, and mentoring others in the delivery and production of client outputs.

• Ability to effectively engage with clients and team members in a collaborative manner.

• Skill in guiding work groups to achieve successful results.

• Proficiency in using computer programs and software.

• Effective communicator with audiences both in person and through electronic means.

• Capacity to make independent decisions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit business environment with varying interruptions.

• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to complete all required annual training.

• Travel commitment of 61–80% within the United States.

• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree; RN license or other professional certification in a clinical field; PMP/Lean Certification.
