Manager, Advisory – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, lead, and oversee client engagements.

• Cultivate client relationships and manage interactions throughout the engagement process.

• Customize existing and validated analytical frameworks and methodologies to meet specific client needs independently.

• Lead delivery teams consisting of 5-8 Consultants and Senior Consultants across various interconnected workstreams.

• Develop polished, executive-level presentations to foster buy-in and communicate emerging data-driven insights.

• Actively coach and mentor junior team members in honing essential consulting abilities.

• Participate in business development activities, including proposal submissions, narrative creation, and development of technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 5 years in management consulting or corporate strategy, or equivalent experience and/or education.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong technical skills, with experience in one or more software packages such as ArcGIS and other spatial analysis tools.

• Familiarity with quantitative/statistical programming languages like R or Python.

• Experience evaluating financial cash flows, especially in public finance, using Excel.
