This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Development Executives.
• Assist in cultivating and training the company’s future leaders and top talents.
• Oversee the daily performance of all sales team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Exemplify the company culture and foster high levels of employee engagement within the sales team.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Revenue Effectiveness, CSO, and other departments to develop customer outreach strategies.
• Monitor team metrics and regularly report data and forecasts to leadership.
• Ensure proper utilization of CRM and other sales tools.
• Uphold and enhance a standard of excellence.
• Work with internal teams to refine processes, positioning, and strategies aimed at enhancing upsell/cross-sell capabilities.
• Organize and lead weekly team meetings with the sales team and leadership.
• Achieve set team goals through the efforts of direct reports.
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate upselling and cross-selling to customers.
• At least 3 years of sales and/or upselling experience in a closing role.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• A passion for data - decisions are made based on quantitative analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
