This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform organizational and management evaluations to assess processes, structures, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement, standardization, and improved efficiency.
• Create recommendations aimed at boosting organizational performance, resource utilization, communication, and workflow.
• Document current and future-state business processes, procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Assist with organizational assessments, process mapping, and initiatives for business process improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data to aid management decision-making.
• Produce reports, presentations, briefing documents, organizational assessments, memoranda, and other management deliverables.
• Support initiatives for organizational improvement and oversee their execution.
• Establish performance measures, metrics, dashboards, and tools to evaluate organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with CDC leadership, program staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, providing recommendations for updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and organizational guidance.
• Monitor action items, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Aid in change management efforts.
• Prepare executive briefings and communications to present findings and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, organizational development, public administration, social sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in management analysis, organizational analysis, business analysis, program management, process improvement, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in analyzing business processes, organizational structures, workflows, or management practices.
• Background in conducting research, analyzing data, and formulating actionable recommendations.
• Experience in producing professional reports, presentations, briefings, and other written documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to communicate effectively with government leaders, program personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize conflicting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Position is dependent on contract award.
