This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate strategically with the Legal, Finance, and Administrative departments to foster a results-oriented culture driven by data;
• Organize, integrate, and manage data from legal, financial, and administrative systems to ensure information consistency, reliability, traceability, and conceptual alignment;
• Extract, process, consolidate, and structure case, financial, and administrative data to facilitate operational, managerial, and executive analyses;
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance metrics for legal, financial, and administrative operations;
• Assist legal, finance, and administrative leadership in setting, monitoring, and evaluating goals, budgets, and forecasts, providing essential analyses and impact assessments;
• Compile, analyze, and deliver periodic reports on results, costs, risks, and performance for the board;
• Perform critical analyses of litigation portfolios to identify opportunities for enhancement, cost savings, risk mitigation, and efficiency improvements;
• Automate procedures for gathering, processing, consolidating, and analyzing legal and financial data to achieve standardization, efficiency, and reliability;
• Address specific analytical inquiries related to cases, contracts, portfolios, clients, new business, and financial metrics;
• Recommend enhancements to controls, indicators, methodologies, and systems utilized by the Legal, Finance, and Administrative departments;
• Develop alerts and predictive analyses concerning risks, costs, contingencies, and success probabilities, anticipating significant financial and legal implications;
• Organize and support regular legal-financial follow-up meetings, ensuring management discipline, informed decision-making, and strategic coherence.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Background in data management or Management Information Systems (MIS), preferably in legal contexts or law firms.
• Technical Knowledge:
• - Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• - Advanced skills in Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, charts).
• - Ability to produce clear, actionable reports for various areas of the firm.
• - Basic understanding of SQL or other data extraction and manipulation tools.
• - Familiarity with the CPJ system will be considered an advantage.
• Skills:
• - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• - Capability to manage multiple requests and deadlines concurrently.
• - Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in simple terms for varied audiences.
