Management Analyst I, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Design and manage dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI

• Extract, cleanse, and model data through SQL

• Automate reporting and analytical processes

• Recognize trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancement

• Assist business units with analyses to guide decision-making

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data

• Document processes and metrics accurately

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines

• Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data manipulation)

• Experience with Power BI (creating dashboards and reports)

• Understanding of data analysis and KPI/indicator development

• Analytical mindset suited for a manufacturing context

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
