This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead and inspire a team of 10-15 adjuster staff or vendors to meet performance targets.
• Deliver outstanding claims and inquiry support via chat.
• Assist in the rollout of operational initiatives aligning with the Claims Service Area goals.
• Examine unit reports to bolster business objectives.
• Supervise the negotiation and resolution of intricate claims and customer disputes.
• Over 3 years of experience in claims management and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of material damage claims.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven capability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Background in negotiating complex claim settlements.
