Managed Repair Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively oversees the reconstruction aspect of losses for the insurance provider and facilitates the prompt closure of files.

• Maintains regular communication and proactively manages files throughout the reconstruction phase.

• Assesses the level of reconstruction required and engages in discussions with the insured regarding the reconstruction process.

• Reviews loss and coverage details to determine if the loss falls within policy limits.

• Confirms the status of files with the Insurance Carrier.

• Collaborates closely with the assigned contractor.

• Advises customers on recommended reserve amounts based on exposure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3-4 years of experience in the insurance sector, focusing on Property Desk and/or Field Adjuster roles.

• Proficient in auditing estimates and invoices.

• Strong negotiation skills and customer service aptitude.

• Comprehensive knowledge of property file management requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate and Xactanalysis.

• Dependable high-speed home broadband internet connection with a minimum of 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds.
