Managed Care Contracting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist leaders in Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty, and Senior Living Facilities with managed care contracting.

• Negotiate rates and terms for managed care payer contracts.

• Support adaptations to changes within the healthcare sector.

• Create and execute a strategic vision aimed at enhancing operational outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or health care administration is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in managed care contracting within a managed care payer or provider organization.

• Familiarity with the managed care landscape, including Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Managed Medicaid products.

• Understanding of managed care payer contract language and terms, standard requirements, and negotiated rate methodologies.

• Capability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and demands concurrently.
