Major Complex Loss Adjuster – Technical Team

📋 Description

• Joining Davies as our newest Major & Complex Loss Adjuster means you will be responsible for adjusting High Net Worth, Major Loss, and other intricate claims, including oil escape incidents.

• This is a dynamic position with a wide range of responsibilities, but the core functions include:

• Managing claims in accordance with company standards and particularly the high service expectations of MCL clients.

• Ensuring that key performance indicator targets are achieved and sustained.

• Actively advancing and overseeing all cases.

• Understanding and effectively applying Company and individual client protocols.

• Maintaining technical accuracy at the highest level and producing reports of exceptional quality.

• Establishing strong relationships with clients, brokers, and policyholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training will be provided that is specific and relevant to the role, but candidates should have knowledge, understanding, and capability in the following areas:

• Over 10 years of experience within an adjusting firm or insurer, including handling major losses.

• A proven history of managing property claims.

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Dependability and persistence are crucial.

• A flexible mindset and adaptability to changing priorities.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property claims management.

• Ideally experienced in reviewing scopes of work, identifying errors, and recognizing missed items.

• Capability to add value in claim reserving and reserve adjustments.

• Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure setting.

• Effective communication skills are essential.
