Maintenance Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance related to facilities, equipment, and associated systems.

• Determines and requests the necessary parts and components required to complete various tasks.

• Collaborates with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives regarding equipment repairs and replacements.

• Aids contractors and other staff with water and fire system connections and shut-offs.

• Executes basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance maintenance, including but not limited to: replacing light bulbs, changing ballasts, and installing light fixtures.

• Engages in carpentry and minor construction tasks, including but not limited to the installation and repair of drywall, walls, flooring, ceramic tiles, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and painting.

• Contributes to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, which includes debris/trash removal and material storage.

• Operates in a constant state of alertness and safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience.

• Performs repairs based on work orders or verbal instructions.

• Determines and requests the necessary parts and components required to complete various tasks.

• Collaborates with vendors, contractors, and factory representatives regarding equipment repairs and replacements.

• Aids contractors and other staff with water and fire system connections and shut-offs.

• Executes basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance maintenance, including but not limited to: replacing light bulbs, changing ballasts, and installing light fixtures.

• Engages in carpentry and minor construction tasks, including but not limited to the installation and repair of drywall, walls, flooring, ceramic tiles, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and painting.

• Contributes to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including but not limited to: debris/trash removal, heavy lifting/moving of materials and equipment, floor sweeping, and material storage.
