This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and execute maintenance programs for Frontier Airlines to adhere to FAA regulations, ensuring the airworthiness and safe operation of aircraft, engines, and components.
• Manage, create, review, and implement all routine maintenance documentation for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Facilitate coordination among Records, Planning, Engineering, and other departments to deliver maintenance in line with FAA policies, as well as aircraft and component manufacturers, and Frontier Airlines standards.
• Guarantee the precision and timely updates of all technical data related to maintenance, including maintenance manuals, IPCs, their supplements, and the Frontier Airlines TCI.
• Investigate the CPCP, SI, MPD, ADs, and previous operators’ maintenance programs to confirm that all newly acquired aircraft comply with FAA and Frontier Airlines’ maintenance requirements.
• Prepare bridging documents for aircraft acquisitions and returns, and assist the aircraft management department in formulating work scopes to ensure timely delivery of safe, reliable aircraft ready for revenue-generating flights.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and integration of the Time Controlled Index across Frontier.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements within the maintenance program.
• Assess the effectiveness of safety risk controls when modifying maintenance tasks.
• Foster a culture of safety within the department.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience utilizing online maintenance planning and tracking systems, along with maintenance programs.
• Preferred — Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Moderate proficiency in technical writing.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
