Maintenance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and collaborate with designated staff in the transformation of vacant apartments to prepare for incoming residents.

• Address maintenance service requests and carry out necessary repairs.

• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, appliances, and carpentry.

• Proven experience with general swimming pool and hot tub maintenance.

• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, communal spaces, and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster a positive relationship with residents, vendors, associates, and investors, leaving a professional and favorable impression of our company.

• Foster a constructive work environment to achieve company goals.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in property/facilities maintenance.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
