• Proficiency in Mainframe development

• Familiarity with COBOL

• Experience with JCL

• Understanding of DB2 databases

• Proficiency in CICS

• Experience in developing and maintaining legacy systems

• Skill in analyzing and resolving incidents and production challenges

• Knowledge of software development, testing, and deployment methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
