Magento Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Perform technical interviews and assessments for Magento developer roles to assess candidates' coding abilities, problem-solving skills, and expertise in PHP and associated technologies.

• Work in partnership with recruitment teams to create and enhance interview questions and assessment methods to ensure they align with the specific requirements of the PHP developer positions.

• Deliver comprehensive and constructive feedback regarding candidates' technical capabilities and potential cultural compatibility to hiring managers and the recruitment team.

• Keep abreast of the most recent PHP advancements and frameworks to uphold a high level of technical interviewing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in Magento development.

• Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a related position is highly beneficial.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical ideas in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Professional attitude with the capability to offer impartial and constructive feedback to candidates.

• Familiarity with additional programming languages is an advantage.
