Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance machine learning models emphasizing computer vision (e.g., image recognition, object detection) and NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition).

• Train and refine deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for applications such as reverse image search, image-text alignment, and online content evaluation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance product and system effectiveness.

• Investigate and apply cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to boost the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions.

• Construct scalable data pipelines for the collection and processing of image and text data for model training and assessment.

• Consistently track the performance of models in production, identify constraints, and suggest improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 3 years in a professional setting.

• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as CatBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Familiarity with image processing, feature extraction, and text preprocessing methods.

• Comprehensive understanding of algorithms for tasks including object detection, image classification, text extraction, and sentiment analysis.

• Practical experience with large datasets and data pipelines for training and deploying ML models.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of converting business challenges into technical solutions.

• Full professional proficiency in English.
