This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Design, train, and assess machine learning models tailored for consumer audio applications.

• Enhance model precision while minimizing latency, memory usage, and computational requirements.

• Collaborate with software, embedded, and hardware engineers to integrate AI functionalities into devices.

• Examine outcomes, troubleshoot problems, and utilize testing to inform experimental strategies.

• Investigate new ML methodologies, share insights, and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 3 years of pertinent experience in machine learning or AI, encompassing relevant research or significant project involvement.

• Strong grounding in machine learning and deep learning principles.

• Practical experience in building and assessing models.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.

• Experience in training, evaluating, and troubleshooting models.

• Knowledge of techniques such as quantization, pruning, or model compression.

• Understanding of Edge ML, embedded AI, or deploying models on devices with constrained computing resources.

• Proficiency in C/C++ or deployment tools like ONNX or TensorFlow Lite.

• Experience in Audio ML, speech processing, acoustic sensing, or related fields.

• Awareness of emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools.
